Freight Shipments (Cabinets & Large Items)

Freight shipments require delivery appointments

Curbside delivery is standard

Delivery Inspection Requirement
All freight shipments must be inspected at delivery:

Inspect all items before signing

Note any damage on the delivery receipt

Take photos of any damage
Do NOT accept damaged shipments without notation
Failure to follow these steps may result in denied claims.
Important:
Signing for delivery without noting damage releases the carrier and seller from liability.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
