Shipping Methods

We ship products via:

  • Freight carriers (large/heavy items such as cabinets and wood hoods)

  • Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc. for liners, blowers, and accessories)


Flat Rate Parcel Shipping

Liners, blowers, and accessories ship via flat rate:

  • Flat Rate Shipping – Fully Insured


Freight Shipments (Cabinets & Large Items)

  • Freight shipments require delivery appointments

  • Curbside delivery is standard

  • Liftgate service is included where applicable


Delivery Inspection Requirement

All freight shipments must be inspected at delivery:

  • Inspect all items before signing

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos of any damage

Do NOT accept damaged shipments without notation

Failure to follow these steps may result in denied claims.

Important:
Signing for delivery without noting damage releases the carrier and seller from liability.


Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

  • Missed delivery appointments may result in redelivery fees

  • Refused shipments may incur return freight and restocking charges


Processing & Lead Times

  • Orders are processed in the order received

  • Estimated ship times are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturers or carriers


Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping details

  • Address changes after shipment may result in additional fees


Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple shipments depending on product availability.


Responsibility After Shipment

Once shipped:

  • The carrier assumes responsibility for delivery

  • We assist with claims but do not guarantee outcomes
