All Sales Policy
All sales are considered final unless approved in writing. By placing an order, the buyer accepts full responsibility for product selection, compatibility, and installation requirements.
Return Eligibility (If Approved)
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval and must meet all of the following:

Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Item is in resalable condition

Damaged or Freight Shipments
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Do not accept delivery of visibly damaged items

Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos
Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of any claim.

Signing for delivery without noting damage releases the carrier and seller from liability.
